  • The discount is capped at a maximum of £100 per order.

  • A minimum spend of £50 is required to qualify.

  • The promotion ends at 23:59 on 1st September 2026.

  • Modern & Luxury reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock becomes unavailable.

3. Eligibility

  • Valid online only at modernandluxury.co.uk.

  • One-time use per customer.

  • Customers must apply the promo code SUMMER100 at checkout for the discount to be applied.

4. Discount Conditions

  • Applies to qualifying orders over £50.

  • The discount will be applied to the total basket value, excluding delivery costs.

  • The maximum discount applied cannot exceed £100, regardless of order total.

  • Cannot be combined with any other discount codes, vouchers, offers, or promotions.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If an item purchased with this promo is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted amount actually paid, not the original retail price.

  • If returning part of an order, the discount value applied to the returned item(s) will be deducted proportionally.

  • If the order value drops below the £50 minimum spend after a return, the discount becomes invalid and may be deducted from the refund.

6. Cancellation & Amendments

  • Modern & Luxury reserves the right to:

    • Modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice,

    • Cancel orders that are suspected of misuse, abuse, or breach of these terms.
