We offer a FREE delivery on all orders to Mainland UK, but with the below postcode locations having a surcharge which is calculated at checkout;

All stocked orders are delivered within 1-5 working days of placing an order depends on the delivery service you choose. and the cut of time for processing next day express delivery is 12pm.

Free standard delivery* (UK Mainland)
Orders sent on our free delivery service are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Next day express delivery for following working day* (UK Mainland)
Orders submitted before 12pm will be shipped the same day to be delivered for next working day.

Over bank holidays and public holidays, our express delivery services may be affected. If you paid for express delivery and your order did not arrive within 2 days, we will refund any express shipping charges. However, please note that we cannot refund for a delay of just 1 day.

With the express delivery you will receive; (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or Post-Office or collection point. Also depend on the courier you may receive a pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising customers of their one hour delivery time window.

 

Express & Standard delivery (Europe and rest of the world)
Orders sent on express delivery service are usually delivered within 1-5 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Orders sent on standard delivery service are usually delivered within 5-10 working days. Standard service may not be available for some countries and this will be confirmed at the checkout page.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with the tracking link. We use DHL or UPS for standard and express delivery.

Buyers from outside the UK Mainland are fully responsible for import VAT, taxes, handling charges by couriers, and any related charges. We cannot provide an estimated tax because taxes are vary from country to country so please contact your customs authority if you would like to know the estimated tax. If the parcel is rejected by you and returned back to us due to failure to pay the customs fees, we cannot refund the two way postage fees and this will be deducted of the total refund.

 

Faults or Damages

Upon receiving your items, your order must be checked to ensure there has been no damage in transit.  All faults or damages must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the product. You must send an image of the reported issues and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.

Our deliveries are provided by trusted local delivery companies. Most deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am-9pm. Delivery outside of the mainland UK is subject to the availability of our courier service in the area and can not be guaranteed.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of placing an order and will take up to 2 days for delivery on all orders placed before 2pm.

Returns

If you wish to return any part of your order you may do so by visiting this page.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your item as long as the item is as new and in the original packaging. 

UK Returns Policy

    • Orders can be returned within 14 days for a refund. 

    • You are responsible for returning the goods to us in as new condition with all accessories and internal packaging.

    • Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team

    • Any items returned without their original packaging will be charged a fee of £5 to £10.

    • Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded

    • Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.

    • Made to order items cannot be returned

    • It is your responsibility to ensure items returned via trackable service

When returning an item it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returning item is suitably packaged and protected to avoid damage in transit. We are unable to issue refunds for items which have been damaged in the returns process and the item may be returned if not received back to us “as new”

Refused Deliveries and unwanted products

Please ensure that you enter your phone number at checkout to help our delivery providers notify you of deliveries. If you refuse the delivery or changed your mind about the product, you will be charged a delivery and return fee, which varies depending on the size of the item.

This policy ensures that customers are aware of potential charges for returns or refused deliveries, regardless of whether a paid or free delivery option was selected. The fees are calculated based on the size of the item and cover the costs involved in both the original delivery and the return process. By implementing this policy, we aim to maintain fair pricing and manage the expenses associated with handling and shipping returns.

How the Fees are Calculated for refused deliveries or failed deliveries due to incorrect address given:

Small Items: For items with any dimension less than 50cm, the delivery and return fee is £10 per item plus £3 for additional product/s.
Large Items: For items with any dimension over 60cm, the delivery and return fee is £15 per item plus £5 for additional product/s.
Extra large Items: For items with any dimension over 100cm, the delivery fee is £22 per item plus £12 for additional product/s.

How the Fees are Calculated for unwated/changed mind returns:

Customers are responsible for arranging the return of items at their own expense, And;
Small Items: For items with any dimension less than 50cm, the delivery fee is £5 per item plus £2 for additional product/s.
