• In order to prevent loss or damage of gift cards, voucher codes are provided online via email.
• Gift vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of issue.
• Change is not given for purchases costing less than the value of the gift voucher presented. However, any remaining balance on the voucher can be used toward future purchases with Modern & Luxury (up to 12 months from the voucher issue date).
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Voucher codes will be emailed within one working day to the email address provided in the order and can also be emailed to a third party on a specific date if requested in the notes at checkout.
