⚠️ Important Information Before Evaluating Your Artwork

To protect your artwork during transportation, a protective film is applied to both the artwork surface and aluminium frame.

Please remove ALL protective film before judging the appearance of your artwork.

If the protective film has not been removed, the artwork and frame may appear cloudy, distorted, dull, scratched, or significantly different from the product photographs. The true colours, clarity, gloss finish and premium appearance will only be visible once all protective film has been completely removed.

🎨 Advanced 3D Visual Printing Technology

Our Crystal Porcelain artwork is produced using advanced 3D visual printing technology designed to create depth, dimension and a realistic visual effect when displayed on a wall.

Please do not assess the artwork from a very close viewing distance.

When viewed only a few centimetres away, certain details may appear softer, pixelated or slightly blurred. This is a normal characteristic of the specialised printing process and is not a defect, damage, or quality issue.

The artwork is specifically designed to be viewed from a normal room distance, where the full depth, detail and visual effect become visible.

• Remove all protective film before inspection.
• Hang the artwork on the wall before evaluating its appearance.
• Position the artwork at eye level where possible.
• View from approximately 1 metre or more away.
• Allow natural or indoor lighting to enhance the gloss finish and depth effect.

Important: Our artwork is designed to be enjoyed once installed and viewed from a normal living distance. Judging the artwork while it is still packaged, leaning against a wall, or viewed from extremely close range will not represent its intended appearance.
