We can’t offer you a full refund or accept return or exchange after 14 days from the receipt of your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 3-5 working days.
Damaged Delivery Goods
Our policy for damaged goods on delivery requires that any issues with damaged or broken deliveries be reported within 10 days of arrival. If not reported within this timeframe, we will be unable to request compensation from the courier, and unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for damaged goods reported after 10 days. Therefore, we advise you to check your deliveries upon arrival and report any damage to your product(s) with pictures.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Where Modern & Luxury have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to Modern & Luxury. Returned goods must be returned in NEW condition and totally unused as delivered so we can refund your order in full, A 25% surcharge fee will apply for a handling fee if the goods returned used or in different condition or missing any contents or sealed products have been opened. Modern & Luxury will only accept returned goods complete with their original packaging and which do not exhibit any signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, will invalidate your right to cancel the contract or may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% since we will not able to resell the product again as new due to the different condition.
Where Modern & Luxury have supplied goods to you, these goods must be returned to Modern & Luxury, Returns Department, 7 Cliffe Park Way – 1st Floor, Bruntcliffe Road Morley, Leeds LS27 0RY United Kingdom. The cost of returning goods is non-refundable, and where Modern & Luxury collects goods, the direct cost of such will be deducted from the refund. If an item is deemed faulty or damaged or we delivered the wrong product we will reimburse return carriage costs up to the value of £6 or offer to collect the goods from you. Any costs outside of this amount need to be pre-authorised by us prior to sending. When returning goods to Modern & Luxury, we recommend using an insured and trackable service that requires a signature upon receipt. For returns due to “Changed Mind” or “Didn’t Like Product,” we are happy to offer refunds; however, please note that postage fees will be deducted from the refund. If you selected express delivery, the associated postage costs for this service will also be deducted, as outlined in paragraph 2.6 of our terms and conditions.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
